My treatments include gentle manual therapies to treat musculoskeletal conditions with gentle low force adjusting techniques, soft tissue release, cranial therapy and education.
I’m forever seeking and teaching the empowering impact of increased awareness and embodiment. I’m constantly inspired to learn about the connection between the mind and body— so I can share with people who seek the same.

Massage Therapists
Katie Douglas LMT,CA (They/Them)
(Licensed massage therapist,Chiropractic Assistant)
I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2019, and I received my Undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Southern Oregon University in 2016. My specialties are myofascial release and deep tissue with training in Structural Bodywork. My goal as a massage therapist is to find the spots that are causing the most trouble while soothing the nervous system.
Massage has been a lifelong passion and I love sharing the knowledge that I've learned so that patients can reach a deeper understanding of their bodies. I believe that all bodies are good bodies and that everyone is deserving of bodywork.
As a non-binary person, I love creating a space where trans and gender non-conforming folks feel safe and can receive bodywork in a way that feels comfortable. I also love helping with pre-op and post-op care.
